Project Manager Local Dialogue Processes (div/f/m) (Managua)

Main tasks of the position include:

  • Implement project activities from the local office in Managua in close cooperation with headquarters in Berlin
  • Co-design and implement conflict transformation processes, focusing on dialogue
  • Provide expertise on conflict transformation and local multi-stakeholder dialogue processes
  • Provide conceptual and methodological, as well as administrative and logistical support to the team and partners
  • Frequent travel to different project regions in Nicaragua



  • MA degree in a relevant field, such as peace and conflict studies, political science, International Relations or similar
  • Advanced relevant work experience in projects or processes with local communities and with thematic focus on dialogue and culture of peace
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in Spanish and English
  • Experience in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Regional experience in Latin America, preferred in the Central American region
