Association of German Foundations
What is the purpose of the Association? Who manages the offices in Berlin? Who should I contact? All members of staff in the Association’s offices in Berlin are happy to assist you.
The Board of Directors, Advisory Board, Honorary members and the Parliamentary Advisory Committee are the Association’s voluntary committees. An overview of all committee members, as well as an chart of the Association can be found here.
The Association has more than 40 members of staff working at its office in Berlin. The first non-profit association to receive the title "Association of the Year" (2008) is much in demand as employer.

Awards and prizes
Three awards are presented regularly by the Association of German Foundations. The "Medaille für Verdienste um das Stiftungswesen" (medal for outstanding services to the foundation sector), the "Deutscher Stifterpreis" (German funders prize) and the "KOMPASS" for exemplary communication work by a foundation.
